A Chartered Accountant with over 20+ years of experience in process risk consulting and leading large Internal Audit Teams. Ashish has extensive experience in advising various corporates, primarily in manufacturing sector on Internal Controls, SOX, Risk & Compliance Framework, Enterprise Risk Management, Cost Optimization, Risk Training, through participation in engagements both in India and overseas. Currently working with MetLife as Vice President - Internal Audit, leading a team of Professionals serving various Lines of Business across the globe and is part of the Senior Leadership of the Global Audit Team at MetLife.



Prior to MetLife , he was associated with Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting LLP (formerly known as Axis Risk Consulting) as a Director where his job responsibilities include business growth and development, project management, bringing in technical proficiency, people management and supporting in other practice initiatives. He has led many global assignments spanning across multiple continents / languages and cultures. He was also seconded to US (Chicago) for managing a SOX PMO for a large client and making inroads for the practice in the Mid-West region which also included building the team through local hiring. In his previous roles, was a senior member of the Corporate Internal Audit team in ebookers’ Plc and a Statutory Auditor with V Sankar Aiyar & Co. He is also an Alumni of London Business School where he attended a course on “Developing Strategy for Value Creation” in 2019.
